This is a deck I made myself. The goal is to have Tornadus as active and Celebi on your bench. You just free retreat Tornadus to Celebi and use forest breath on Tornadus then attach a manual energy to another benched pokemon then free retreat Celebi back to Tornadus. Tornadus uses Hurricane for 80 and you give another benched Pokemon an energy. I have not tested it in tournaments but I am finding a nice time to put it in. I am also working on an updated version of this called ESRT which is basically the same thing except in a BW On format. Hope someone actually sees this and uses is it!! Anybody who does is generally a person worthy of Chuck Norris's presence.
